Clean for the most part, very peaceful area, easy check in process. Some things could use some updating, cooking ware was very old and falling apart.

We absolutely loved our accomodation in Rotonda West this past week. The house was exceptionally clean, well located for our needs and the pool and spa were a very welcome luxury.I would definitely rent here over and over again.

The property was great for our family. The outside area was fantastic. Had a little trouble understanding the hot tub, but once figured out everything was great. The property manager was so attentive, we were arriving late and he made sure to have an outside light on and also a light in the front hallway for our arrival. We will definitely consider this property again if we were staying in the area.

This is a lovely, quiet, secluded villa in Rotonda West. While it may be a bit far from the beach it has a wonderful heated pool and hot tub where we swam every day on our 7 day stay. I have never stayed at a VRBO that had such a well stocked kitchen in terms of pots, pans, strainers etc, even tupperware and cooler packs. The house was very clean and tidy. There were lots of towels, including beach towels. Queen beds in both master suites are a bit tired and a king would have been nicer. The property manager has great communication and was quick to respond to our needs re propane tank swap out and items left behind when we left. We will be back for sure...
