Resort is amazing. Pools are awesome. The lagoon is calm and wonderful. Activities at the resort include sunrise yoga and movie on the lawn. Highly recommend!The two bedroom is a king size room with kitchen and a studio with kitchenette. Beds were very comfortable. Room view is parking but the resort is so awesome it doesn't matter.We had a major issue with the owner. Upon arrival, we learned that our reservation was for the wrong dates and we were going to lose our studio room on the last night of our stay. I immediately contacted the owner through VRBO messages and phone (which was difficult to find.) I did not get a call back, but I did get a message in VRBO chat the next day that everything was in order. So imagine our surprise when we are on our last afternoon of the trip and we get a call to vacate the room and even housekeeping came by to say we need to move out. I immediately called the owner and messaged through VRBO chat. Initially got voicemail, but then did not so clearly calls were being monitored. After no response, I messaged the owner that we needed a response within 15 minutes or I would write a scathing review and dispute the charge. No response but the hotel fixed the issue Then received an essay about the owners hurt feelings and how she was a person and she was going to report me for fraud, extortion and threats. She spent more time arguing with me than she did ensuring my reservations were correct and at no point did she apologize for the issue

Host was wonderful! Quick to communicate and responsive. We had to book this last minute due to the flooding in North Shore where we originally booked. Couldn’t have been happier with the resort! Will definitely be back!

We had an absolute wonderful time. The room and the amenities of the property we’re great fit for our family. The staff is fantastic as well. look forward to a future visit.

The resort was amazing and I would highly recommend it! The host was difficult to work with however. We accidentally double booked ourselves (my husband and me were both looking at properties at the same time). There was no way to check availability without confirming booking, which my husband did but I didn't realize that was a commitment to book. Unfortunately the host was very slow to get back to us and I found the same unit for much cheaper in the meantime. I made a second booking on another site and then we got a message back from this host 17 hrs later confirming our booking. I immediately reached out to the host and to VRBO about the mistake asking if we could cancel. It was a holiday week and still 6 weeks out so the host would have had no problem re booking and giving us a refund. However, they dug their heels in and refused. Then, they continued to take days to respond to any question and would not confirm the reservation with the resort until 3 days before our stay causing quite a bit of anxiety on our end. When I reached out asking the host about why the reservation was still not in our name they never answered the message. Mixed feelings on this stay as the property itself was great but the host was a nightmare to work with.
