Just a short drive to the University of Utah campus. House was clean and recently renovated. Everything was perfect!

Property was clean and quiet. Located in a great spot near local restaurants and shopping. Great place to stay!

Nice place to stay and a great location. Walkable neighborhood w lots of shops and restaurants nearby, and close to Westminster University. The house itself was great. Tall people might want to know that some of the ceilings/beams/doorways in the basement are rather low.

Overall, great rental. The place was clean with everything you need to be comfortable. Really great location as well in Sugar House. However the hot tub was kinda if an issue - it was dirty, water was low and cold - essentially nonfunctional. Don’t think I would have booked if that was the case. I did reach out to the host, but not a lot of follow through resulted from it. A little disappointing, but really, the rental itself was great.
