Shaza Regency Plaza

Wonderful thanks to staff.

Good attentiveness

Stayed there for 4 nights and had a very comfortably stay at the hotel. All staff members are very friendly and super helpful. I booked three rooms with them and requested to have them next to each other. They ensured it, which was extremely helpful. They were also super helpful when part of our elderly group members had to stay longer and required unplanned late check out due to flight delay. They facilitated them to the best demonstrting importance of customer care. Thank you and I will return to this hotel

Excellent hotel and breakfast. Staff are friendly and distance from Haram is perfect. Rooms are spacious and the inclusive breakfast is amazing and varied every day. Only drawback- no gym, although it states on website, but apart from that , service, quality, food and value is excellent.
