Short walk and your toes will be in the water. Beautiful View of the Gulf. You can hear the waves while you sleep. Watched dolphins swim by while we were on the screened in porch. Sanibel Island is a quite slow-paced vacation.

We last stayed here before Hurricane Ian. Thankfully everything still looks good. Everything was clean and neat. I can only think of two improvements: (1) the dining chairs are wobbly and on the verge of breaking easily if one were to really plop down hard. In fact the back of one chair was already broken; (2) there used to be 2 chaises (and a table?) on the roof deck. We found one chair and one foot stool. We did ask about an extra chair and received a fold out chaise to use. It was okay. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay, loved the view, walked the beach in the mornings, and loved the quiet serene atmosphere.

What a wonderful condo, great location, amazing view. Condo had everything we needed. Comfortable beds, big bathrooms and kitchen which we cooked all of our meals in. Washer dryer for laundry and if day.

The view is beautiful, access to the beach wonderful, location on the island great. I cannot say the inside of the condo is the same post Ian. A few things surprised me. There was rust in the medicine cabinet, lamp shades torn and hanging, top of dryer all rusted, bathroom cabinets swollen from humidity and peeling. The new improvements (carpeting, furniture in living and dining areas) were good. The rental company staff was fabulous. Very helpful and understanding.
