StayCity Serviced Apartments

The property is set up like an apartment. One big studio with laminate flooring. They have a gym downstairs, 2 treadmills, 1 elliptical, cable machine, kettle bells, barbells and dumbbells. They have a pool on the top floor. Very modern layout and good location in IT park.

I don’t think they clean the rooms everyday or you have to ask them. Cebu has it blackouts about 6pm every night. The hotel has a backup generator though they switch on, so big plus on their part.

The location and the staff. Cleanliness also.

The gym is too hot. Have to go in advance amd turn AC on.

a nice 3 minute walk to Ayala central bloc shopping area. great eating spaces, nice night time place to eat like Subog Mercado if you like street foods. the property is clean, safe and very quiet and relaxing.

there was nothing that i didn’t like about the property. if i were to make one minor dislike it was probably the the string up the TV. the use of 2 remotes to set up the TV is really confusing. would be good if there was a simple one stage remote to turn on/off would be far better and easier.

-location away from busy streets but close to the centre -staff is always friendly

Due to miscommunication, I had to pay way more than needed, the manager was informed but did nothing to compensate the lost money. The money I lost was equal to 2 days of stay. This is bad customer service and I spoke to another regular customer of them and he said the same thing. The shower is in a very small space, with no ventilation, so you have to keep the door open and take a short shower. The airconditioning and refrigerator are super loud! As soon as you leave the room, the power of the refrigerator also gets cut, so you can’t store anything if you leave for a longer period.
