Everything was perfect. We did the Marsala wine tasting on the rooftop, splendid, room was large and comfortable, breakfast was excellent, delicious. Staff very helpful and friendly.

The hotel and the staff were extraordinary- it is easily the best hotel experience I have ever had. I arrived very late after delayed flights and a long drive and they just made life easier and it was all of the little things- checking if I needed any bookings for dinner, returning euros I had left in the pocket of washing (that I didn't even realise was there!). As a single female traveler it was a wonderful experience- and the room! Truly beautiful. If I could give them 11 I would.

Great location. Wonderful breakfast. Helpful and kind staff. The balcony door/windows were triple paned and kept out street noises at night.
The room smelled very strongly of cleansing odors. I got a headache from the smell, and had to air out the room for quite a while. The room and building are super modern, but to me it lacked warmth and art. Not my aesthetic. I’d love to see some art on the walls.
