SLS Playa Mujeres - ALL Inclusive Collection

It is very convenient by walking distances to all the activities, there is no need to wait any shuttle. The food was good. The hotel was quite new. The kids club and the kids pool are amazing for kids. The store Espacio Verde did the difference with healthy and delicious smoothies.

The bathroom had water filtration problems and the staff wasted one hour of my time to check that it was a water filtration to change it to another room. The staff was not able to manage a defective room and change it in an instant. The worse part is that they charge the room but nobody came to assist with the luggage and the key changes. I took the luggage to the new room and went to the front desk to change the key sensor. The bathroom is limited of privacy, it is all in glass, not recommended with teenage or friend trip. Limited food, only open in specific period of time, not all restaurants are available. Exclusive dishes are not available or need extra charges.

Toilets in the rooms were not well planned & entrance with a stroller is tricky.

This was our 2nd stay in SLS in a short while. Second time was worse: staff locked our passports in safe box without notice; we had to ask for coffee capsules 4 or 5 times over several days; dry cleaning is overpriced (we paid like 450 usd for 3-4 days worth of clothes); at least half of the restaurants were closed.
