Loved having my own room with a door that locks (compared to hostel or capsule hotels), close to skytree & convenient for getting on the train back to NRT airport

Shower area looked like it could use a deep clean as the shower walls & sink all had a thin layer of ‘film’ on it and did not disappear in the 3 days I was there.

I loved the colorful and stylish design, with each room having its own color. Everything was very clean, the room was comfortable, and there was enough space to open my suitcase. The shared bathrooms and showers were also very convenient and easy to use.

Some of the staff were not very friendly or welcoming. I also found it unprofessional to see a staff member lying barefoot on the sofa in the lobby while guests were coming and going.

Was about a 15 minute walk from the train station, not so bad if you don't have tons of luggage. Close to popular attractions like Skytree and Senso-ji. Rooms were clean, bathrooms were clean. Some toiletries are complimentary (comb, face cloth, sandals, etc). Hotel was very quiet during my stay and I didn't see or hear any other guests. My room also had a great view of Skytree. The colour themes are also fun.

If you have a lot of luggage, you might have to step around it in the room since they are not huge. The room was heavily perfumed - it was a nice smell, but I sometimes get migraines from strong scents so I was concerned about that, although I didn't end up being affected. I think they have luggage storage, but staff are not around until later in the morning to talk to about storage, so I just carried my suitcase to the mall/train station and used the paid luggage lockers there while I explored.

It is a step up from a capsule hotel in that there are individual rooms and double beds. The bed was comfortable, and room can be accessed all day. There was a nice view of the Skytree.

The toilets were too small and the showers were not very clean.
