The room felt spacious and clean. It was good for a short stay.
The self check in process was very annoying, I kept getting messages to click the link and complete the forms but there was no link initially and they kept on chasing me. They asked for my personal email address to share that form in the end and just then I was able to do it.

Good value for money, clean, good soundproofing, smart TV and aircon
Smelt a little mouldy, surroundings seemed a bit dodgy area, no counter in bathroom to place toiletry and sink was a little annoying due to shape

Fab location, near to metro and main line station. Had everything we needed

Clean and quiet. Decent hotel. Came to Milan for Bad Bunny concert. But would want more out
Of what i paid for. At least have a working A/C.
Bathroom shower door was broken and floor had visible molds, AC was not working. Told the staff about it via text but i did not hear anything from them. Souled cups and glasses were piled up in the common area sink. There was no staff to greet you or ask for help.
