Good location, home like vibe, warm.
Nothing other than the welcoming booklet had incorrect contact details.

Very well presented and the holiday house. The letting agents were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay.

Had the townhouse to ourselves. Lovely big lounge area with a view to the mountains.

Excellent location; great facilities (includes a drying room on entrance for snow gear); heating warms up quite quickly; clean bedding; spacious for big family.
Some areas were dusty as there were quite a lot of decorations around the house; There was a big wooden bowl on the coffee table (fruit bowl?) but it was clear it was never cleaned because there were stuff stuck between the gaps; The wooden chopping board released a very foul smell when I first washed it with boiling water.
