Great location, lots of bedding and towels, good communication.

Taking a Security deposit meant I felt I had to mention everything that was wrong in the apartment, so that it wasn't flagged as being caused by us - I wanted my full deposit back! A broken kettle was frustrating, but it was replaced quickly, so thanks for that. But a broken dishwasher on arrival wouldn't have really bothered me if it wasn't for the security deposit. One of the two showers didn't drain well at all, which was frustrating. Perhaps the most frustrating was only proving 4 tea/coffee mugs for 8 guests!

Very good for 7 people. A few minutes away from the metro. Very clean and practical kitchen.

Chairs require a little maintenance and bathroom mirrors without lights. Overall very good.
