The hotel provides a truly beautiful experience. You can completely disconnect from the demands of everyday life and reconnect with nature and your partner. The peaceful surroundings, the sounds of nature, and the overall atmosphere make it the perfect place to relax and recharge. For those of us with children, however, it can be a little nerve-wracking because there is virtually no cell phone signal. While the opportunity to disconnect is part of the charm, having more reliable Wi-Fi would provide extra peace of mind for parents who may need to stay reachable in case of an emergency. Overall, it is a wonderful getaway for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle and enjoy quality time surrounded by nature.

The views, the food, and the service 1000/10

This stay was one of a kind, the feel and tranquility of this place is something to experience when you visit El Salvador, but bring some bug repellent with you! Room service was amazing and friendly. Water pressure in the shower needs to be fixed would be my only complaint. Also not much visibility looking out from the globe through the not so clear panels. Overall definitely worth a stay!

If you know you're signing up for a luxury glamping experience and not a traditional hotel stay, this is an amazing experience. First off, I speak Spanish very well and that's almost a must here. You'll struggle to communicate with staff if you're not at least intermediate in your tourism Spanish. We stayed in "The Bubble" two nights, and wow, what a unique experience. It was clear and sometimes foggy during the day when we wanted to be out doing stuff. At night, we got treated to massive storms right over our bubble. We enjoyed that more than stargazing. The room was immaculate. The staff is amazingly friendly. The outdoor bathtub draws warm water, but the shower and the private pool are.... stoic. You get chilly rainwater just how it comes off the mountain. Like most of El Salvador, you're not flushing any toilet paper. The on-property restaurant is a real plus. Great drinks and entrees. You're on a coffee plantation, so this place is a coffee lover's dream. On-site prices are high by Salvadorean standards but very low by U.S. standards. Not at all walkable so be prepared to mostly chill in nature. We walked to the nearest town and found a wonderful restaurant "Recete de la Abuela" but that was about it. Highly recommend if you can speak enough Spanish.
