Village Motel

Great location to everything we came to do

With a little effort the place could be better than it is. We would stay there again.

The closeness to downtown was convenient and the room was clean and tidy. That will have me staying there again in the future.

There were no chairs in the room. It was spacious and had a table along with plenty of floor space but nowhere to sit other than on the bed.

didn’t have it

small lights above bed didn’t work. No large light on right side. Would be nice on the lamp next to bed could have ability to dim.

It was generally clean. Water was hot in the bathroom. Had good wifi. Staff were responsive to most of the problems.

Air Conditioner was high up in the wall and could not be adjusted. It was either on (which you had to plug in) or off and was much too noisy to sleep with it on. Luckily it was not too hot that week. Although the bed linens were clean, there was no bottom sheet! only a mattress protector. I had two double beds instead of the 1 king bed that was booked, so i was able to remake the bed with a sheet from the second bed. The refrigerator did not work. They did replace it with another that was OK. There was no coffee maker. There was only half a roll of toilet paper, no tissues and no shampoo.
