The unit being on the ground floor was great. HOA office was next door so it was quiet for the weekend. Ice machine was right around the corner as well.
From the pictures it appeared this unit was gulf front. While the complex is on the gulf, there is no gulf view from this particular unit.

Very close to the pool and walking distance to the beach. Also loved having a washer and dryer in the room.
The pull out couch bed was very uncomfortable.

I loved the space, the comfortableness of it, the TV, and how close it was to the beach.

It was comfortable. It had a washer and dryer. The complex was beachside. Full kitchen.
This was not a beach front/ view unit. Parking was 50 dollars. Checkout was 10 am. The patio door didn't work properly.
