If you are considering booking this house, just do it! The house is very clean and has everything you need for your stay. The views out the back and from the back deck are amazing. Sitting in the back deck relaxing after a long day of wine tasting is so peaceful and the sunsets perfect. We would stay again in a heartbeat! Mark kept in good contact with us and made sure everything as perfect for our stay.

This house is absolutely beautiful and Mark was an amazing host, super attentive and extremely thoughtful. Would absolutely recommend staying here if you're given the opportunity!

This is hands down the BEST short term rental we’ve ever had! As you drive in, the neighborhood is charming, the landscaping is amazing and the house is beautiful and immaculately clean. It was nice to have 3 full bathrooms-all with walk in showers, and the views from every window were beautiful. All cooking utensils, etc you need were there and tidily arranged. Not only are the house and the grounds perfect, but Mark was the perfect host too! All the lovely touches Mark left for us made us feel very welcome and comfortable in this elegant home. He really thought of everything! I have to repeat that this is the cleanest rental I’ve ever seen; it was pristine. I hope it is available next time we come to Woodinville! Thank you, Mark, for a wonderful stay!

This property worked out beautifully for me and my two children a long with their significant others. The grounds were breathtaking. The interior of the house is flooded with light, which is very helpful in Seattle! You can’t ask for much more than being on a lake with a wonderful dock to hang out on.The host was welcoming and very easy to communicate with. He did not leave a stone unturned as far as instructions within the home.I would definitely rent this house a second time and I’m a very very picky person!
