When sitting on the back patio we hear gurgling and sometimes water flowing from a pipe. The smell of sewer gas is present.

The location is perfect, close to historic district, beautiful path for walking/ cycling along the bay. Fascinating turtle rescue facility and Mosaic Museum five minutes by car. Also near the beaches, driftwood beach, Glory beach, historic St. Andrews beach park. An absolute win!
