Appian Private Suites

Everything was amazing, the place, the people, and especially the breakfast! We absolutely loved having fresh croissants every morning. The staff were so lovely and welcoming, and the whole stay was perfect. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay in Rome! ❤️

We had a wonderful stay at Appian Private Suites. The room was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. The location was excellent, and having a supermarket right downstairs was very convenient. We also really appreciated that the water, Coca-Cola and other drinks in the minibar were complimentary. Even though these may be small things, they are a big plus for guests and show a genuine thoughtfulness towards customers. The breakfast was also delicious. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!” ❤️

Appian Private Suites was the perfect basecamp for our time in Rome. While it was a 30+ minute walk to most of the big monuments, it was incredibly close to a bus route and metro stop, making it easy to hop around the city and get to sites. For us, it worked well because the neighborhood was less busy and chaotic than some of the more touristy areas. The room was incredibly comfortable and clean, and quite large compared to the other hotel rooms we stayed in during our trip around Italy. Jennie was an incredibly kind and attentive host. She made sure to have food waiting for us on the days we headed out before breakfast and even made us a bag with food for our travel home day. Breakfast each morning was such a treat and surpassed expectations!
