The apartment itself was good and the overall ambience was pleasant. Although we never met any staff members in person, everything worked smoothly, we felt comfortable during our stay, and we did not have any questions. The access system is based entirely on codes. While it is very simple to use, it does not provide a strong sense of security, as the code structure appears to be the same for all guests, with only the first and last numbers differing by apartment. We arrived at the same time as other guests, and they openly shared their code, which reinforced this concern. There is a convenient and well-located area for storing luggage, which is a nice feature. However, as no staff is present, luggage storage relies solely on trust that items will remain untouched and in the same condition as left. The room itself had all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. All information was provided in advance, and communication was clear and responsive, which we appreciated.

The accommodation itself is fine and generally meets expectations. However, the surrounding neighbourhood does not feel particularly safe and may be uncomfortable, especially for first-time visitors. One nearby resident was sitting among a pile of belongings above the property and watching people passing by, which added to the uneasy atmosphere. We were walking down the street and there was a man wallet on the ground suggesting it was robbed from somebody. The property suggested local taxi drivers and was transparent in saying that guests should compare prices and that transportation is not their responsibility, which we appreciated. That said, one of suggested driver (Marcos) significantly overcharged us—almost R$300 for a transfer from Argentina to Brazil—clearly taking advantage of the fact that we were foreigners. We would not use this service again. Additionally, the TV was not working at all during our stay. For future visitors, we strongly recommend using Uber instead, which is considerably cheaper and more transparent in pricing, it would have provided a half of the price we have been charged.
