I was travelling to London for the first time with my 4 month year old baby. I was feeling nervous but this accommodation made me feel so comfortable, safe and happy. They provided everything you need for a home away from home and responded kindly and swiftly to requests. They provided cot and extra bedding when asked. Staff on site was incredibly welcoming. Thanks so much I would happily stay again
The only thing is the coffee machine, it would be great to have instructions how to use it. As I’m not sure if it didn’t work due to me being unsure how to use it or if not working properly. Other than that, I was very pleased with the property.

It was a very nice stay, the property management and staff are very welcoming and helpful. The studio is very comfortable and clean and situated in an area reachable to everywhere.
For sure will be returning and recommending to others.

The location was really good and it was really easy to get into to.
Huge stain on one of the walls, isn’t a problem but wasn’t advertised. And outdoor space described as terrace but is just a narrow space with gravel.

"Świetna lokalizacja, spokojna dzielnica w starym angielskim stylu. Bezpiecznie, po zmroku spacerowali ludzue z psami, nie było obawy ze ktoś Cię napadnie."
