Friendly and welcoming hosts. The neighbourhood seemed safe and quiet. The establishment has high walls and electric fencing so the vehicles are safe. Pity the weather was not too good, the pool was so inviting.
Regarding the apartment itself, it seems newly built and still under renovation so I assume there will be improvements in the future.
The room has a bar fridge and was unable to accommodate our freezer items, the owner was more than happy to keep it in a deep freezer at the reception area.
Lovely shower.
Main bed was very comfortable, it's new and firm. The double bunk that my kids slept on were very bad, it sunk in and the springs could be felt.
No ventilation in the bathroom, one very tiny window with no extractor fan.
No hooks behind the door to hang a towel or garment.
No dirt bin in the room, just one small one in the bathroom, it was insufficient, not a serious issue.
Like I said, still under renovation, when you arrive you will have to hoot or call them, there is no signage outside, they did say they will be putting it up soon.

The staff was very friendly, especially the manager, and the food in the restaurant was quite good. The room was comfortable and clean. Also, I was able to store my luggage for a few days there while I was away for an excursion.
The wifi signal was unreliable and I had some trouble getting hot water in the shower but as soon as I mentioned the problem to the owner, he took care of it. Also, it seems that Google Maps got mistaken with the address. Turns out the hotel is further from the airport than what appears on the map.
