I loved the service. They went above and beyond, we had a problem with a luggage transport company where they did not deliver the luggage on time and we had an early departure next day and couldn't get them delivered next day. Genki Sumino personally went to the company storage, picked our luggage and delivered to the room while we had a chance to enjoy the amazing Osaka Aquarium. SUPER service!
