We really enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent, and the breakfast in the morning is exceptional and feels very exclusive. The entire hotel has been beautifully designed and renovated with great attention to detail, making you feel at home from the moment you arrive.
We can highly recommend this hotel – everything was simply perfect. An absolutely wonderful place to stay!

Immaculate rooms and huge terrace. Great rooftop.
Staff were cold and unhelpful. Asked for a day pass for a pool in Istanbul - zero knowledge and didn’t help us research. Asked to book an industry rate on the generic email away from Airbnb to help them avoid concierge and received no response despite 3 emails.

Very small detail, but the smoke detectors have a flashing blue light on them and is bright when the room is dark.
