The place is stunning. Ample room to feel far away from each other. White tall walls and comfortable seating. I did not like where it is. You have very limited parking. You will play Tetris with your cars. It’s very small roads almost as alleyways. Pool is a walk away. No big deal. I enjoyed the back porch plenty. I was later told that a hot tub was just installed and there was going to be an upcharge if I wanted to use it. Not sure if that was it, or a way to squeeze another dime off? I seen worse landlords!! I would go back with a large group but with one car. I swear tht was the biggest ordeal. Oh. And the HOA are crazy! They literally bug my because they could see the trashcan from the road. I said. I’m sorry if my disabled wheelchair bound brother can’t go into the house!! They can suck it! One last thing, they were building more next door. So some noise at 6 am. And we did saw many bugs coming in. Black widow decided to use my empty suitcase as its new home. Ants!!!

This property is stunning. We had our while family (14) and there was plenty of room. Beds are comfy. Love all the king size beds. So much room for everyone to be. Kitchen is fully equipped and information on what is provided was communicated ahead of time. Such a quick walk to the beach, quick drive to Destin, Seaside or Rosemary. Sunset on the beach was amazing. Great communication when we had any questions. Don’t hesitate to book this.

We had a great time. House was just as pictures described. Plenty of room for us, we had 7 adults and 2 children. We knew we were there during peak season and opted to used the convenient state park for beach access instead of the public beach access.Convenient to restaurants, grocery etc
