The view over the golf course and the sunny balcony
Nothing not to like

Living area on first floor to make most of the views. Furnishings were very tasteful and cared for , very well equipped kitchen . Quiet location . Lovely balcony with comfortable furniture.
The only real difficulty we found was the steepness of the stairs but younger people would not be troubled .

A beautiful location close to beach and all facilities in Aberdovey.
Great views sat on the decking overlooking the golf course and sand dunes

if there had been a vacuum cleaner there i would have been happy to clean properly before i left although we did leave it reasonably clean
