Step into the living room featuring a sectional couch and two pull-out loveseats. Continue to the open-concept dining room and renovated kitchen, then explore the large backyard with its grill, outdoor games, and beach gear. Plus, full access to the Cape Cod bike path from the rear stairs.
Upstairs, discover the bathroom and bedrooms, including a queen bed and loveseat pull-out in the master and twin beds in the second. Air-conditioned, on bike trail, fire pit, grill. Big back yard. Close to town, beaches.
Off the main house, enjoy exclusive access to a brand new entertaining deck, with built in bench, string lights, and outdoor shower.
Guest Cottage - Cockle Cottage:
Our Cockle Cottage Guest House takes full advantage of the 1 floor of living space, with a queen bed in the master bedroom, and the second bedroom has a 2 twin beds. The living room has a futon couch and mounted TV to unwind. There is a new fridge, sink, and stovetop in the guest house as well as a full shower in the bathroom. Follow the deck off the front of the guest house back to another private outdoor shower and entertainment area with new privacy fence and stone fire pit!

Cynthia was a great host and very quick to respond to any questions we had. The house was in an awesome location and decorated so cute. We loved the outdoor space and how you get access to both cottages. Would stay here again!

We stayed here for 3 nights this July and had a great weekend. We had a group of 10 adults (girls weekend) and all of us had a comfortable place to sleep (5 in each house). The 2 outdoor showers were clutch after days spent at the beach, with 10 people needing to get ready for dinner. We had enough space to hang out and play games in the living room of the main house. The outside space was as great. We enjoyed being able to eat outside and hangout in the morning and at night (ample seating, including the picnic table was helpful). We had a hibachi chef come and cook dinner for us outside one night which was awesome and would highly recommend, and we loved late night smores at the fire pit. Cockle cove beach was an easy walk from the house and a very quick drive. The hosts were great and very responsive with our questions and with tips and suggestions for our stay. Definitely would recommend this property!
