The Sira is without doubt the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. All the staff were welcoming, friendly and attentive to all our needs. Our room was large with a large balcony and brilliant sea views across the bay to Gilli Air. The three restaurants were first class and served an excellent variety of food, whether it was for breakfast, lunch or dinner. We had a very relaxing massage at the spa and we used the well equipped gym. My travelling companion also very much enjoyed the sauna and took part in one of the yoga sessions. I enjoyed swimming in both the pools at the hotel. All in all we couldn’t fault the hotel or its staff and look forward to returning.

Had a wonderful stay at The Sira. Everything was excellent from arrival to departure. The staff was warm, attentive, and always willing to help. The resort is beautiful, peaceful, and very well maintained. Our room was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Overall, a great experience and we would happily recommend The Sira to anyone visiting Lombok.

Exceptinal level of service. Friendly, warm and attentive staff. Huge, well appointed room, with beautiful view. Great swimming pool area. Limited but tasty menu. So so beach.
