This was our second stay here and we had a few issues that were regrettable but we enjoyed the fireplace and a nice 2 nights on the property.

Very unique and lovely home—enjoyed the hot tub, gardens and grounds and the fireplace so much we didn’t really adventure out much—it was fantastic)

While walking through the gardens, my daughter turned to me and said, “Dad, this is the most beautiful place you’ve ever taken me.” We made a pact to visit each other here at the African Queen around this same time every year. I’ll sum my stay up in 4 words: beauty, rest, healing & love.
