This is a nice house in a neighborhood near but not in Ocean City. If you're looking for easy beach access you'll be disappointed but if you want to be near the beach (driving distance) but in a much quieter setting this location is great. The house was perfect for our impromptu family gathering and had a great outdoor space for our dog. I grew up going to this neighborhood for vacations so I know what to expect. A lot of the houses have been redone but there are a few that are still rough. The owners have done a nice job with this property.

Beautiful house close to ocean city proper, but far enough away that you can get peace and quiet at the end of the day. House was clean when we got there, check in was easy, and the slight problem we encountered was taekn care of quickly.

This is a beautiful cozy place, well equipped and in a great location close to everything fun!, yet away from the noise when it’s time to retrieve and rest in a nice peaceful neighborhood. The owners were responsive and very accommodating to our needs. Our family had a wonderful stay here and we highly recommend it.

The house had some ups and downs. The house just became a new listing. The main issue was with the cleaning of the house. We had some issues, notified the home owner. They replied that this was a new cleaning company and would look into it. very concerned
