We have been staying on the island for a long time. This was one of our best experiences. Kudos to the property manager and owners for keeping the place so nice! Appreciate the little touches that made us feel so welcome. Ron and Mary

This house was so completely charming, sparkling clean and well located. The bikes, beach chairs and games were such a plus. The beds are super comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. I was a superhost for years and have rarely stayed in such a perfect home. I can't wait to return!

This is a beautiful Balboa Island home, fits the description in the listing perfectly. Clean throughout and it was nice to walk in with the windows open, quite welcoming. Our family of 5 fit with plenty of extra space. Parking in garage and in the alley behind.

Charming Balboa Island home on a great street. Very clean and kitchen was well equipped. Would highly recommend and we would return again. AC is a plus on the island.
