Accommodations
At Casa Arrayanes, we’ll take care of every detail to make your stay an unforgettable experience.

BEDROOMS:
The property has two bedrooms, each with a king-size bed; the upstairs bedroom has a sofa that can be used as a “single” bed by removing the cushions. In the upstairs TV room, there is a queen-size sofa bed. (For the sofa beds, you’ll find the bedding for these pieces clearly labeled in the closet.)
The bedrooms are equipped with mini-split units (heating or cooling) and feature high-quality sheer and “blackout” blinds to ensure our guests get a good night’s sleep.

MOSQUITOES:
The Chapala Riviera area, due to its proximity to the water, high humidity, and local flora, is home to many insects. At Casa Arrayanes, we have a strict monthly fumigation program; however, the proliferation of water mosquitoes is abundant and difficult to control. This type of mosquito does not bite, but large numbers of them can be seen at dusk and during the night. Similarly, regular mosquitoes are present in the area. We have equipped the house with light-attracting fly traps, including an XL trap near the pergola in the outdoor dining area, as well as three more inside the house, in an effort to minimize the nuisance caused by insects. We recommend keeping the window and door screens closed at all times, as well as using bug spray.

POOL:
The pool is lined with a natural material called “Chukum”; this paste gives the water a “turquoise-green” appearance. We will provide towels specifically for pool use; they will be easy to identify by their colors and size, which is ideal for this purpose.
In the kitchen, you’ll find plastic cups, which are recommended for outdoor use (glassware is strictly prohibited in the pool area).

TVs / PLAYSTATION / BOSE SOUNDBAR:
We’ve prepared an incredible experience so you can enjoy high-quality amenities in every space. Casa Arrayanes features two 75" 4K TVs (one in the ground-floor dining room and one in the upstairs TV room, complete with a PlayStation 4 console and two controllers), as well as a 55" TV in the first-floor bedroom. All come with their own Netflix HD, Star+, Disney+ HD, and Claro Video accounts.
In the dining area, we have a high-quality BOSE stereo soundbar; to use it with the TV, simply turn on the BOSE speaker (using the small remote), turn the TV volume “all the way down,” and you’re all set. To use the speaker for music, simply connect via Bluetooth and enjoy the great sound quality we have for you.

FIRST-AID KIT AND EMERGENCIES:
We’ve created a safe environment for you, but if necessary, you’ll find a first-aid kit in the utility room (laundry room) stocked with medications and basic first-aid supplies for your immediate care. We’re also sharing a quick guide for handling emergencies in the area.
