Niche is an apartment located at the entrance to Noto, just 700 meters from Porta Ferdinandea, the historic monument through which you can access our spectacular historic center.
You’ll be welcomed into a newly built, bright apartment—ideal for those who want to enjoy sweeping views stretching from the hills down to the sea—while still being just a 10-minute walk from Corso Vittorio Emanuele.

The apartment is arranged over two levels: on the first level, there is a bathroom and two double bedrooms, both air-conditioned and each with a balcony; on the second level, there is a second bathroom, a living room with an open kitchen, a refrigerator, an induction cooktop, a coffee maker, and a flat-screen TV.
From here, you can step out onto a terrace, where you can enjoy the tranquility of a balmy summer evening while gazing at the starry sky.

Upon arrival, you’ll find towels, sheets, shampoo, body wash, and a hair dryer.
The area offers easy parking, and in the immediate vicinity you’ll find a supermarket, three gas stations, a pharmacy, a bakery, cafes, pastry shops, and all the amenities you need to make your stay comfortable.
