The private pool, private beach and private beach access work well for our family. We also like the location, private entrance gate and loop drive with a limited number of beach houses in this community. KALOS is timely and responsive with their communication.

Location is excellent. Beaches were beautiful and not crowded. Gated neighborhood was quiet and secure. The house felt smaller than it appeared online. The house was clean but feels a bit rundown. Shutter on master bedroom balcony door was broken off and left on the balcony so there was no way to block out the early morning light. One dining room chair was broken and in a closet. Pool pump was cavitating until we topped up the pool level with the hose.
