House was great and we filled all 28 sleeping spaces. It was a great space for a large group and hosts were very responsive. Two things to improve- trash space needs to be bigger for a house that large or picked up every day. Also bring a broom and dustpan- we needed it to sweep crumbs etc off floors. Overall highly recommend!

If you’re looking for a perfect getaway, this is the place! The house is beautiful, clean, and has everything you need plus a great pool to relax by. The owners are so nice and very responsive, always quick to answer any questions or provide anything you might need. Highly recommend staying here!

We had a fabulous time during our stay. The house is fabulous with everything you need (some other options I looked at before booking here, we all would have had to bring our own linens and towels which is a huge inconvenience). The outdoor space was the best part. The pool/hot tub with the outdoor kitchen and bbq pit was perfect. If I had any questions about anything the host responded immediately. The house is a short 5 min drive to public access of the river and the Frio was absolutely beautiful while we were there. The arcade room was great to keep our 9 year old entertained. We will definitely be back in the future.

The home is beautiful and it has a lot of features. If we needed anything, the owners responded so quickly. The maintenance man Mario and pool lady Jenny were so kind and helpful!!
