Hilltop 4-bedroom home for up to 8, with a pool table guests love and Sandia Mountain views from a brand-new private deck. Renovated in 2026: refrigerated central A/C (no swamp cooler), new flooring, fresh paint, and resurfaced baths. Watch Balloon Fiesta balloons from the deck, cook on the outdoor griddle, and walk to Paradise Skies Park. Full kitchen, workspace, self check-in, free parking for 3, and pets welcome.
Step inside to a dramatic two-story entry filled with natural light and brand-new luxury vinyl plank flooring that runs through the entry, living room, stairs, and hallways. The main living area features a soaring ceiling, large windows, two plush sofas, and a wall-mounted Smart TV on a rustic wood accent wall — a comfortable place to gather.
Downstairs, the game room has a pool table and a second Smart TV, open to the kitchen and dining area — easily our guests' favorite spot, and a great way to keep the whole group together.
Upstairs, four bedrooms comfortably sleep 8 guests. The primary suite is a true retreat with its own private balcony, a soaking tub, and a separate glass-enclosed shower. A second full bathroom and a convenient half-bath serve the rest of the home. Every tub and shower has been freshly resurfaced, and the main living spaces were just repainted. Refrigerated central A/C keeps the entire home cool and comfortable through the warmest months.
Out back, a brand-new composite deck frames sweeping Sandia Mountain views — a prime spot to catch the hot air balloons each fall, especially during October's Balloon Fiesta. Just below, a shaded covered porch keeps you cool on warm afternoons, and a griddle is provided for outdoor cooking.
You'll have the entire home to yourself, including the private deck, the fully equipped kitchen, all four bedrooms, and free driveway parking for up to 3 vehicles. Self check-in with a keypad on the front door. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM — both can often be adjusted on request, so just reach out.
Good to know: No smoking indoors (smoking is fine outside — please dispose of butts properly). Security cameras are exterior only (front yard); there are no cameras inside the home. Pets are welcome — please pick up after them in the yard. We typically reply to messages within an hour.

The pillows were bad. No remote in Master Bedroom. Towels weren't that great. We enjoyed our stay though. Very quiet neighborhood.

We liked the home layout, and the back yard. The kitchen was fine. However the overall feel of the house wasn’t clean. It had been cleaned, but the master shower had some issues, some areas had dirty walls and corners, and the carpet really was not good. The master bed mattress slopes inward and you could feel the springs in the twin beds. We chose this place thinking it had a garage but that didn’t turn out to be the case. We paid a lot for a place that really was worth far less than what it promised.
