We loved this cozy little house so much we came back at the end of our trip after the skiing conditions changed our plans. It was very clean. The beds were comfortable. We didn’t really cook, but the kitchen was well stocked for coffee and tea. The location was great for everything we wanted to visit. Kuvy was amazing at communicating. We couldn’t ask for more!

We had a great stay at this property! Two couples in town to visit our children who are students at CU. We were able to walk for coffee in the morning, walk to the stadium for the football game, and walk to Pearl St. for dinner each night. Everything was clean and comfortable, and there were tons of thoughtful touches -- we especially loved the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash that were available. Host was kind and helpful. Will definitely stay again! Thank you for everything.

Our stay was very nice. The cute Craftsman was very comfortable and clean. We appreciated the welcome sign and beautiful roses.

The Bluff House is fantastic. Well appointed and every detail thought of. The host is easy to communicate with and gracious. We loved our stay.
