From the get go , Katie was quick to respond to any questions and helpful. At arrival, Joy meet us and went over the property and the process was seamless. Such a positive experience. The place is beautiful. The view amazing ! And the house and pool perfect for our family. Such a retreat and a great space for our family to unwind and see where our daughter goes to vet school. We will definitely be back! Get location in Frigate Bay!

Katie’s place was the perfect spot for us during our week in St Kitts. Spacious, clean, a great pool and an unforgettable view! She and Joy were so welcoming and helpful throughout - we’d be thrilled to stay again.

My family and I had an amazing stay at Katie’s property! The house is beautiful, comfortable, welcoming and offers everything you need to enjoy a carefree stay in the Caribbean. Katie and the property manager, Joy, are both extremely helpful and kind & really added to our experience on the island. The views are beautiful (photos don’t do justice!), bedrooms incredibly comfortable with AC, and the pool was amazing for the kids and adults alike. I would 100% stay in this property again! Book it! Trust me, you will not be disappointed :).

The view from the back porch was awesome. The size of the back porch is great. There was plenty of room to be on the porch and enjoy the view. The swimming pool was great. We had a great time.
