This property was perfect for our extended family get away! I actually have not seen a rental so spotlessly clean when we walked in. The kitchen was perfectly equipped to host big meals. I was very impressed at the features for smaller children (gate at top of stairs, pack n play, toys, etc). There was plenty of space for all different ages to come together or have their privacy. Really beautiful house!

We enjoyed this property very much for our entire family gathering! Every room has decorator beauty, Wonderful kitchen, appliances and supplies. We enjoyed all the patios especially the covered one with fireplace. The communication was always prompt and very kind. We hope to return next year! Thank you Chad for an incredible stay!

A wonderful place to stay with a big group of family and friends. There was something for everyone to do. Feels nice and isolated without being too far from downtown Franklin. The house was very clean and the owner was very responsive to our questions. Would absolutely recommend to anyone!
