We had a wonderful stay in this modern, ultra-clean unit. The home is beautiful, has onsite parking, and was very convenient for attending Duke graduation festivities. Highly recommend!

Orlando was a fabulous host and very responsive! The home exceptionally clean and conveniently located to stores and Duke. We were in town for an extended stay while my father received treatment at Duke and plan to book through Orlando again on our next extended visit.

This property couldn’t have been more perfect (other than bottom of driveway, which is street feature and not owner’s fault - just drive really slowly entering the street due to water runoff gully). The house is better than the pictures and immaculately cleaned and well furnished. The beds, linens, towels are all super comfy. The location is perfect for visiting Durham, Chapel Hill, and Raleigh. Orlando is very responsive to questions. I will definitely stay here again when visiting. Five-star rating is not sufficient for this property, as it exceeded all of our expectations (so I’ll give it a 10).

Great property! New construction, spotless, very well stocked kitchen, and no issues or problems at all. We will definitely stay here again!
