1 cot and 1 high chair (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
A full weekly cleaning (for bookings of more than 8 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
Conditions
This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
Pets are not accepted
Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
A deposit of 600 € is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.

👍 We stayed in this apartment in Gran Canaria for one week with our family and had a great experience. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and well equipped with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is very good, and the large terrace was a big highlight for us. We would definitely recommend this apartment to others and would happily stay here again.

The accommodation was exactly the same as on the pictures! The terrace was the best part of it! It was very comfortable and nice. Kitchen was well equiped. Also there was washing machine and drier. Our stay at this appartment was really perfect. Thank you

High - quality equipment and furniture. There is everything - fully equiped kitchen, private terrace, nice bathroom with accessories, two bedrooms with huge wardrobes, private parking in a garage and much more!

very modern apartment with 2 nice bedrooms and nice bathroom but kitchen is so small and literally in your living space with no worktop area for preparing food. All the chairs are for design purposes but not comfort. There are 7 heavy metal ones around the outside table that take up so much space and are so uncomfortable. Don't understand why they don't take half of them away and have comfortable sun beds instead. The two red seats that you see on balcony pictures again look nice but not comfortable. The beds are quite firm which some might like but were just too hard for me personally. They did provide cleaners that changed the sheets and towels midweek but no other cleaning was done.I think the property is too expensive for what you are getting .it is in a quiet area and there are much cheaper apartments in area that provide as good accommodation at half the price for that reason I wouldn't return to this one.
