Casas das Ilhas

The property is well positioned, with everything being max 15 minutes walking distance.

The bathroom is really small and the accomodation felt a bit sterile. The staff was responsive but feel that there’s a slight over-reliance on technology to make sure things go smooth.

Everything was easy, Ahmed was so helpful and Irene was great to hive advice when we asked for a place to eat.

Would live to hare an oven to cook

The room and bath were clean. 2 kitchens Good location: near to everything, bus stop and supermarkets sound the corner but quiet enough area.. Good for short city stays with little luggage

Room was just big enough for a bed. Not much space to put away cloth for two. No room to hang up 2 bath towels. Kitchen was only equipped with basics . Door opener code didn't work and so always had to bring Phone to open with an app

Very clean and nicely presented. Great location, walking distance to shops, cafes, bar etc. Good door system, no keys needed just use your phone to unlock main entrance and room door.

I wasn’t sent any confirmation or information about the property. I messaged through booking.com many times but received nothing back. When I knocked on the door, the cleaner let me in and I sat in the hallway for an hour, she said she’d contact the owners and come back but never did. A lady came in and told me she received a WhatsApp with all the info early in the morning and she gave me a number to call. I messaged and called but got no reply until half and hour later and I wasn’t in my room until 3:30pm after arriving into Faro at 11. And no apology or explanation from them.
