Both the house and bed room were exquisitely decorated. The hotess was truly amazing. The Breakfast was delicious with scrambled eggs, (fresh) blueberry pancakes, bacon, home made lemon cake, coffee and juice.

The Penley House was an excellent bed and breakfast establishment that felt more like a home than just a place to sleep and have breakfast. Ms. Teresa was a wonderful, welcoming host. She helped to make my wife and I feel like we had known her for years. The facility was pretty, well maintained, and an excellent value. But the biggest reason we would stay here again is Ms. Teresa - the hostess with the mostest.

Good location and easy parking/access. The breakfast was OK for me, but might be trickier if you expect "full buffet". I enjoyed the overall atmosphere and will stay again if I have to come to visit
Separate bathroom was finally OK, but might be trickier in the case of full house. I stayed more toward "low season"

French toast was made for us. We would have liked sausage or bacon with it,
Although private, one bathroom was in the hall rather than ensuite.
