Madai Resort

Quirky and comfortable rooms built with traditional materials in a rural setting. Friendly staff organised scooter hire which was an excellent way to get around all the surrounding monuments, as well as a car to get us back to Indore.

Better hot water pressure would be marvellous!

The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is courteous and helpful. The hotel is almost centrally located with ample parking. Overall a warm experience in Mandu.

There are very few issues but the food quality needs to be slightly improved and to be honest should provide a complimentary minimum 2 bottles rather than only 1 per room.

Such a lovely relaxing place with comfortable rooms & outdoor seating. We were lucky to have a family of architects in the room next door for one night who could explain the 'tribal' architecture to us (we had read about it in the reviews. It is very special. The staff were friendly & helpful but the 'piece de resistence' was the excellent in-house chef (also mentioned in the reviews). We really enjoyed being able to study the menu & choose dishes we never see on NZ menus & the food did not disappoint!

The only thing really was it would have been nice if our outdoor table (where our meals were served) was wiped down regularly.

The Room is okay nothing more than that is okay..

The room is not ready when i get checkin the resort the checkin time is 2 pm still the room is not ready and no amenties
