JAZ Elite Riviera

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would like to express our sincere gratitude to the entire team for making our holiday so enjoyable. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and professional, and the facilities were excellent. A special thank you to Hadi, the General Manager, for his outstanding hospitality and for creating such a welcoming atmosphere. His professionalism and attention to guests truly make a difference. One of the highlights of our stay was our room with direct access to the swimming pool. It was absolutely fantastic and made our holiday even more relaxing and special. The food was simply outstanding everywhere! Every restaurant and dining experience exceeded our expectations. The quality, variety, and taste of the dishes were exceptional, and we thoroughly enjoyed every meal. The culinary team deserves special recognition for their excellent work.

We also appreciated the international atmosphere of the resort and the opportunity to enjoy our holiday without the presence of Russian tourists, with one exception among the entertainment staff. Given the relatively small number of Russian-speaking guests, I believe the hotel could easily provide excellent entertainment without employing Russian animators, particularly considering the ongoing war in Ukraine and the suffering caused by Russian aggression.

Alles super goed verzorgd. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Schoon.
