Friendly staff throughout, handy location in Sea Point. Room was comfortable. Shopping centre next door has some nice places to eat and a Woolworths supermarket. A short walk takes you down to the coast where there is a nice sea front walk with some magnificent views.
Lots of stairs, to reception and up to my room. Neighbourhood is fine during the day, fairly quiet in the evening.

The host was extremely accomodating to my partner and I as he was planning a surprise for my bday and ensured that he was assisted , the staff were very friendly and overrall very kind as they were doing some work in the building and notified us that there will be some noise.
As much as I know the bathroom was small , the only issue I had was the blinds that were in the bathroom window was much bigger than the windo wso it made things uncomfortable with the cramped up tiny bathroom.
The remotes also gave us an issue when trying to set up but we managed to figure it out !

The bed was very comfortable
Very clean linen
Friendly staff
Excellent location
Excellent security
The tv wasn't working
There was no clothes rack (towel rack was available)
I would prefer if a small table and a chair was available in case guests needed to do some work.
