Efficient, clean, simple daily breakfast with variety. The nature patio was a wonderful start to each day. We saw a groundhog, a raccoon, a cardinal, ducks, and a red wing blackbird. Great place to relax and drink the excellent coffee!

Air conditioning was very odd. You couldn’t just set it to cold. If the temp got below the temp set, the heat would turn on instead of just turning the air off. So the room was constantly changing between warm and cool. Beds were comfortable. Staff were all friendly. Hotel was overall very nice. Would stay again.

Entire facility, and most importantly, our room, was very clean. Beds were comfortable, and rooms were quiet. Checkin was very easy, staff was friendly, and gave us restaurant recommendations. Breakfast was also very good, with lots of options. First time at a Fairfield hotel. Will definitley be staying at a Fairfield again, and will stay at this site, also, when we travel through Cedar Rapids again.
