Please note that guests sleep on a sleeping loft with a maximum headroom of approximately 1.20 meters. The outdoor terrace measures 10 m².

The terrace is a wonderful spot to enjoy the sunset in the evening. Local restaurants are also just a short walk away.
It’s also ideal as a starting point for hikes, bike tours, and much more—such as cross-country skiing or downhill skiing in the winter.
On-site costs: Includes towels, bed linens, and final cleaning. Excludes utility fee (electricity, water, and heating): 70.00 € (flat rate) The visitor’s fee in Bad Marienberg is 1.50 € per person per day; security deposit: 200.00 € (flat rate) Provided the property is used properly, the security deposit will be refunded via bank transfer within 5 business days after the day of departure
Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM to midnight, and check-out from midnight to 10:00 AM.
