This is our 3rd year staying at Summer Breeze and we had a good relaxing time. One night we had some loud bond fire guys and had to sleep in a bedroom on the street side, but other than that, it quieted down around 10pm.

We stayed for a week in mid October at Summer Breeze. Great weather and a wonderful covered porch! The view was great. Close to everything and the house was well stocked. This was our 3rd time staying at Summer Breeze.

Love the location; The house not so much, it is dark and gloomy on the inside and desperately needs some TLC and updating. Furniture is falling apart, beds are absolutely terrible, we have bruises on our legs because the rooms are so tight and the bedframes stick out so far. The floor in the entire house is buckled. Steps on the front and back are hazardous. Definitely not worth what we paid but unfortunately we booked this house for 2 vacations so we have to endure again because its nonrefundable. We did love the beachfront and steps away from the beach. Check in and check out was a breeze.
