Fully air-conditioned and equipped to new equipment, the house is located in Beaucaire, labeled city of Art and History in 2000, guided tours are organized to discover the historic center. In the heart of the triangle Nîmes, Arles, Avignon, and close to important tourist sites such as:
- The Pont du Gard, an unusual swimming spot,
- Colias: 8 km kayak descent to Remoulins passing under the Pont du Gard. Day pass to enjoy the Gardon.
- Massif des Alpilles, exceptional natural setting for hiking, horseback riding, mountain biking/hybrid biking or road bikes, the ancient city of Glanum in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, the Moulin d'Alphonse Daudet in Fontvieille, the light quarries of Les Baux de Provence.
- The Luberon and its many must-see tourist sites such as the quarries and ochre mines, ochre trail and Colorado Provençal, a total change of scenery,
- Access to the ViaRhôna cycle path and the greenways towards the Pont du Gard and Uzès as well as many hikes a few minutes from the house.
By car, direct access by the departmental road that passes in front, 15 km from the Nîmes Pont du Gard TGV station. The house is located 3 km from the downtown, set back from the road. The entrance is independent with automated gate and a large driveway to park several vehicles (secure parking).
To benefit from a good connection, the house is connected to fibre. It can accommodate 4/8 people but is not suitable for people with reduced mobility, pets are not allowed and parties are prohibited.
Upstairs, a large balcony, 2 spacious bedrooms with wardrobe and/or cupboard (1 double bed and 2 single beds, 1 sofa bed with a 15 cm comfort mattress), 1 bathroom with bathtub, 1 separate toilet The kitchen, the living room and the entrance are upstairs. On the first floor 1 bedroom also spacious with double bed and bathroom (shower + toilet) accessible by an internal staircase. The distribution of the rooms is done according to the number of people. On request access to the laundry room is possible.
A large outdoor area of 1600 m2, planted with trees and fully fenced has a dining area with barbecue. You can also enjoy a ping-pong table.
For your comfort, beds are made on arrival, towels are available, shower gel, shampoo provided to start the stay as well as coffee and tea for the first breakfast.
