We need more information upon arrival need to know more about restaurants hours of hours and we need something. That’s not only on a QR code but more like a visual besides that everything was great. Love the place. I love the people that worked there in blaze are very helpful and at the end, we really enjoy our stay at Sls playa mujeres .

Hotel is beautiful and clean some stuff are very friendly some no so much but that’s normal
Everywhere you go. Beware and wake up really early to get a spot at the splash pad if you’re taking kids people camp out there since 8 am. Also make sure you schedule your dinner reservations as soon as you get there if not you will be stuck eating either at the Buffett or room services. Because they are the only ones that aren’t open a bit later.

We had a wonderful stay at the SLS Playa Mujeres. Our room was very clean and well maintained, as was the property as a whole. We spent most of our time at the adults only pool and the wait and bar staff were amazing! Our bartender, Victor was the best!! We got engaged while on our trip, and the staff were so helpful in setting up a private dinner for us and an engagement photo session the next day. The food was overall very good as well, with the exception of the Italian restaurant, I would skip that one. Overall, the resort has everything you could need and at a very reasonable price!!
